It is possible that a firewall at your organization blocked the email that confirms your registration on FADAA’s Online Education Platform. We will have to manually ‘confirm’ your registration; then you will be able to log in to your account with the username and password you created. Please do not create multiple accounts. Rather, send an email to support@floridabha.vhdus.com with your full name and a request for your manual registration confirmation.


FADAA has two systems with account logins – one for the LMS and one for online education such as webinars and workshops. These two systems are completely separate and require separate accounts. It is possible that you have an account on one site and are trying to use that user name and password. You will need to create an account on this website to access the courses. If this is not the issue, please send an email to support@floridabha.vhdus.com with your full name and request assistance.


If you know your user name but not your password, please click on “Forgot Password” in the Login box to change your password and access the site. If you forgot both, we can retrieve your username, but not your password. Please send an email to support@floridabha.vhdus.com to receive an email with a temporary password for login. When you have logged in with this information, you will be prompted to create a new password.


The course modules retain your place. When you access the module at a later date, the system will ask if you want to “Resume” where you left off. When you click “Yes,” the module will begin where you left off. If you click “No,” the module will start at the beginning and you will lose your place.


All of the courses on this site have a sequential configuration. The learner must go through the course in a prescribed order and complete each module including related quizzes and activities in their entirety in order to open up access to the next part of the course. If the next section of the course is not yet available, you will need to revisit the module or activity that you are in to ensure all of the required actions are completed. If you need assistance, please send an email to learner@floridabha.org with your full name and the full name of the course. For example, please do not say “the Baker Act course” as there are many Baker Act courses.


The current FADAA LMS retains a copy of each Certificate of Completion earned in your account. For Certificates of Completion that pertain to courses taken before September 2019, please send an email to support@flcertificationboard.org with your full name and the full name of the course you completed in order to receive a Certificates of Completion. There may be instances in which we cannot obtain a former Certificate; in those cases, we will (after verifying course completion) send an email verification that you completed the course and were awarded continuing education credits or hours.


To reset the exam, please Submit a Ticket. You will receive a new set of attempts. If you need more attempts after a reset, the entire course will be reset, and you will need to complete all of the modules again.
